What to expect when building your new home
Stage 1: Building Planning
After you have decided on your new home, we will have a preliminary building plan drawn up by our experienced draftspeople. We will then arrange a meeting with you to review the preliminary plan. If necessary, the plan will go back to the draftspeople to incorporate any changes.
Stage 2: Building Approval
Up to 4 Weeks
Once your plan is final, we will submit it to Council. During this time we will make contact with you to start your selections.
Stage 4: The Build
After Council approval, building will begin. While the slab is going down, your frame is being built off-site.
Stage 3: Fittings & Colour Selection
Once your plans are submitted to Council you can start the process of choosing your fittings and colours, We will make contact with you to arrange a time suitable to visit our suppliers and help make your selections.
Stage 5: Finishing
Approximately two weeks prior to the completion of your new home, we will schedule a site meeting to address any final points that may need attention. This will ensure that your home is finished to perfection.
