Stage 1: Planning (up to 8 weeks)
After you have decided on your new home, we will have a preliminary plan drawn up by our experienced draftspeople. We will then arrange a meeting with you to review the preliminary plan. If necessary, the plan will go back to the draftspeople to incorporate any changes.
Stage 2: Approval (up to 4 weeks)
Once final, we will submit the plans to Council. Approval can take up to four weeks, so this is the perfect opportunity for you to select your fittings (see our Selection List)
Stage 3: Building (16-18 weeks)
After council approval we will begin building. While the slab is going down, your frame is built off-site. When they come together, we will organise another meeting with you to go over progress to date. We will meet with you again on-site at lock-up stage.
Stage 4: Finishing
Two weeks prior to the completion of your new home, we will schedule another site meeting with you to address any final points that may need attention. This will ensure that your home is finished to perfection.
